1. Log In and Navigate to Segments

2. Click "Create Segment" and Create New Segment

Once you click on the ‘Segments’ button, you will see the option that allows you to create a new segment. Click on it.

When you click on ‘Segments’, you will be transported to the page where you can fill in your preferred segment attributes and conditions including traits like first name, phone number, last name, unsubscribed, source and so on.

3. Preview Segment and Save Your Segment

Lumen offers a preview option to see how many contacts fall into the defined segment. This helps ensure you're targeting the right group. Once you're satisfied with the attributes and parameters, save your segment. This will add it to your list of audience segments.
