Welcome to Lumen, a marketing automation toolkit that allows businesses to send targeted and personalized customer messaging via push notifications, SMS, and emails using different integrations (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
By using Lumen, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as these terms of use. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any intellectual property rights, spamming, or harassing other users. Users may not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service. Lumen reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these rules or engages in any other conduct that Lumen deems inappropriate.
You agree that Lumen may view and use the data for our general business purposes, including maintaining and improving security, improving our services, and developing products. Lumen does not share or trade user data with any third party. However, Lumen has the ability to draw inferences and insights from the data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify Lumen immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. Lumen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
You acknowledge that Lumen owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, and such rights are protected by international intellectual property laws. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the service, including without limitation the software licensed to you and the results obtained through the service
Users of Lumen are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the service for its intended purposes only. The service may not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity, including but not limited to spamming or publishing any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material. Lumen reserves the right to monitor and remove any content that violates these terms of use and to terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of these terms.
Lumen reserves the right to terminate your access to the service without notice if you breach the terms of service. In the event of a breach, Lumen may provide written notice to you detailing the nature of the breach and any corrective action required to avoid termination. If you fails to take the necessary corrective action within a reasonable period of time, Lumen may terminate your access to the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
